Redes sociais dificultam SEO, dizem analistas

O trabalho dos consultores de SEO tende a ficar cada vez mais difícil por causa das redes sociais e da chamada busca universal, afirma Alexandre Kavinski, diretor da agência de comunicação Mídia Digital.

Segundo Alexandre, como os resultados das buscas atualmente consideram não apenas textos, mas também imagens, vídeos e outros formatos, o uso de recursos de otimização de sites para os buscadores fica mais complicado, pois, muitas vezes, o usuário consegue a informação que deseja direto na página do buscador, sem ao menos precisar navegar nas páginas.

Já as redes sociais, de acordo com o especialista, causam outra dificuldade: para identificar palavras-chave eficientes e pegar uma carona na onda do orkut, gerando tráfego para o site de uma empresa, é preciso entrar em milhares de perfis e comunidades.

Boas práticas

Para conseguir aparecer no meio desse monte de informações publicadas na web, o jeito é usar a criatividade, afirmaram especialistas em SEO durante o Seminário INFO Marketing de Busca, que está sendo realizado hoje, em São Paulo.

“Vale até usar palavras-chave com grafia errada”, comentou Martha Gabriel, diretora de tecnologia da New Media Design. Um caso famoso foi o da construtora Tecnisa, que certa vez utilizou a palavra-chave “gravides” e conseguiu vender um apartamento para uma cliente grávida que havia digitado isso num buscador.

Outra boa prática é usar termos bem específicos para cada produto oferecido pela empresa, explica Marcelo Sant’Iago, diretor da Mídia Click. Dessa forma, a informação vai chegar ao usuário mais rapidamente e de forma mais barata. Palavras genéricas (como tênis, computador ou sofá, em vez das marcas desses produtos) são mais caras, pois geram mais cliques.

No entanto, ele esclarece que, se a empresa tiver como investir nessas palavras genéricas, é bom que faça isso também. “O consumidor tem momentos distintos de compra. Quando está começando a pesquisar, pode ser que ele digite apenas o tipo de produto”, esclarece.

E vale usar como palavra-chave o nome de uma empresa concorrente? Para os especialistas, isso não é necessariamente antiético. “Tudo depende de como será feito o anúncio no site”, afirma Marcelo. “Algumas vezes é inevitável usar alguns termos. Como uma empresa de fotocópias não vai trabalhar com a palavra xerox?”, pergunta.
